Only one JetBlue Plane has Wi-fi
As reported yesterday JetBlue, Yahoo Inc and RIM plan to offer free, in-flight, Wi-Fi web connections for laptop computers and advanced cell phone.
Now some more details surfaced about this interesting onboard service offering. Notebooks.com reports that the service will be available on only one of the airliner’s jets as an experiment and users will only have access to Yahoo! Mail and Yahoo Messenger.
BlackBerry users with WiFi-enabled handsets will also be able to send and receive email.
Looks like we still have to wait longer for full internet access while flying. Back to the red wine induced sleep.
